"We were without hot water for almost 4 days and I was at my wits end. This company was exceptional!. Called us first and we had an appt the next morning. Received an email of the appt and time within minutes of the end of the telephone call. Service gentleman called within 30 min of arrival for the estimate. Although I had sticker shock, I purchased a natural gas water heater. Our salesman said "we will install today in a little while" and within an hour he was back and installed a brand new system with valves and all within about hr and half. "Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled.
