"We had water backing up into our basement. We called Jon and he immediately triaged the situation over the phone and said he’d try to fit me in for a same day appointment due to the urgency of the situation. He called about 15 minutes prior to arriving at our home and immediately got to work. Sure enough, our sump pump pipe that leads to main sewer was frozen and our sump pump needed to be replaced. Kon was very knowledgeable and extremely personable; felt like I’ve known him for years. I also discussed future projects with him, he definitely made my day."

"After an entire summer spent getting the run-around from the plumber we'd used at our home in the past, we gave up and used Angie's List to search for someone else who could get the job done. Within the course of two weeks, Mike came out to look at the project, devised a plan, and sent us a quote for the work. His associate, Roger, came out soon after and, within a full day's work, our firepit was finally functional. What impressed me: 1) Neither our former plumber nor our landscape contractor (who installed the firepit in the first place) seemed to know how to make the firepit functional in a way that was up to code, meaning we'd basically paid $$$ for a 36" hole in the middle of our new patio. Mike figured out a creative solution almost immediately. 2) Part of the project required shutting off the gas to our home. Roger came back into the house as soon as he turned the gas back on to make sure our furnace was functioning properly and to relight the pilot on our water heater. 3) When he was finished, Roger cleaned up the patio and nearby flower bed and actually apologized to me for tracking a bit of mud onto our driveway during the course of his work. I had not complained about this (and wouldn't have!), but it was a nice surprise to have a contractor who was so concerned about cleaning up after himself. This is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor, and we would HIGHLY recommend Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs!"
