Living in NY, I panicked until I spoke with Bill over the phone (after calling two other companies and left messages. Bill answered). He asked great questions, and was able to instruct us over the phone where to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. He shuffled his schedule to get to my father's house that day! We had to shut off the water main, so this situation had to be fixed quickly! He called us after 4 PM yesterday, and was at our house before 9 AM today. The job was quickly and efficiently performed. "I called Scott's plumbing on a tuesday night, told him what was happening and he bought the water heater the next day (wednesday) and he was at my house at 7:20a.m. on thursday and was done at 8:15 in time for me to get to work on time. I did explain to him I had to be in work by 9:30am and he accomodated me. He did excellent work in timely manor and left no mess. I was really happy with the price because I did call the other 2 companies suggested by this website and he was the best in price also. I would highly recommend Scott's plumbing."
