Deciding who to hire for our renovations was tricky, because we couldnâ t ask trusted friends and family for recommendations. We researched a ton of general contractors before deciding on Half Moon Custom Homes. What impressed us most in the beginning was how thorough and patient Robb Dickerson was in answering all of our questions. He maintained a high level of professionalism from start to finish and he quickly established our trust in him and the subcontractors he hired for our projects. He also updated us often on their schedule. I always knew who was coming to the house and when (this was important to me because we have kids who nap during the day and a crazy/loud dog). He communicated each project professionally and gave suggestions on how to best utilize our budget. In the end, all three projects exceeded our expectations, especially the porch. The addition looks like part of the houseâ s original architecture and is far better than anything we could have imagined. We would 100% recommend Robb and his team to family and friends. We also hope to hire him again in the future to build a two car garage. Thereâ s no need to research other general contractors next time around."
