"It went great. I love Angies list. Brandi from Armored Restoration contacted me immediately and we went through the details and she had the crew come out and figured out my water problems. They had to work in the worst conditions where other companies didnt even wanna touch it or even call me back. It was a lengthy process to get everything back to new but was to be expected with how long everything was wet and damaged. At first I was mad cause I had to pay so much to fix everything that was wrong. But now after its fixed I dont have any respiratory problems or allergies or running nose and headaches. "I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"Christopher came out and found where it was coming from and made sure it was a small area but said they'd have to open up a wall to see how far back it went. He also identified where the water was coming from. My husband (who is handy) opened up the wall and repaired the leak. Christopher came back out to bid the project. After reviewing what my husband had opened up and removed, he was able to determine we did not need any work done and could patch it back up. Didn't charge us anything. The staff was responsive, Christopher was thorough (checking other rooms including downstairs ceiling area) and professional.
