We had several contractors evaluate the problem but found that there is a marked amount of dishonesty in this industry and ultimately we decided to offer the project to CJ Mechanical. The diagnosis was thorough and the work was completed in a timely manner. We give this review a 4.9 because CJ Mechanical refused to sign a contract but instead insisted on using an invoice with a disclaimer notice. Experience has taught us that no matter the job, or how many positive reviews a contractor has online, it is very important to get a detailed contract that clearly states the scope of the work and responsibilities. Fortunately for us, in this instance, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the system is functioning significantly better than it had previously. Great job."

Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. "We can't say enough about The Belunek Company. Dave (the owner) provided us with a detailed report of his service along with a very fair price for his services. Our drainage system was damaged which led to flooding of the drains around our house. Then, you guessed it, we battled with flooding in our basement. He did a fabulous job and respected our property from beginning to end. He gently removed and replaced hedges that impeded the repair. The repair was reseeded and the hedges were mulched after he replaced them. The job is finished and he left the work area better than he found it. We received quotes for 5 times as much for half the work. Don't look any further for quality work at a price that is more than reasonable."
