He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

He looked at my humidifier and then there's a little drain, a little connection, it had something to do with the cleaning, a little box, or something, I can't think of the name of it. Anyways, he told me how to clean it, he took it out and told me how to keep it clean. He changed the filter on my humidifier. I was real pleased with that little humidifier box because I didn't know anything about it. He told me how to put bleach and whatever down it to keep it from mildew. He was very thorough, real thorough. That's the first time I used All Temps. It was a very good impression. I may use them again, I'll just wait for another coupon though because the regular price for the inspection is very high. It's real high; they charge you trip charge, and labor charge and price charge. I'll just wait for a coupon again."

"The sump pump in my house started to make buzzing sound. I call the company on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back. A technician came on Sunday. He confirmed the pump has died. He gave me two options: he can install a new one right away or I can buy a new one and he can come back to install. Since the one he has isn't what I like, I decided to go with second option. I really like the honesty and being given the options. The new pump was installed the next day by the same technician, who looks like having done it many times. Everything works perfectly afterward. I would recommend them to anyone."
