"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

"Phil worked quickly and appeared to be extremely competent, never hesitating between steps of the job. He was very personable (a good salesman too) and answered any and all questions. Water heater also flushed as part of the job. I would definitely use Phil again for any plumbing job. The price was a bit more than I had hoped but my satisfaction level balanced out that concern in the end."

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"I called Top Tec Oct 4 to check my existing water heater. Steve came out and looked it over and gave me the bad news. My 9 year old water heater was shot. The next day, Steve removed my old water heater and installed a new Rheem water heater. I could not be more pleased with how quickly the work was completed and with Steve’s expertise!"
