"When I went out and  I starteded using them in 2014 and the service was great. The crews would come to the door and explain what they were doing and afterwards they would let me know if any other treatments were necessary. They contacted and us in January(approx.)and wanted to know if we were going to sign up for 2015. We paid approx. $509.00 up front for the year. For 2015, they have new crews that do our service. They arrive and do the service without letting us know. One treatment was supposed to be for yard bug and insect control. When I went out and talked to him, he said he was during fertilizing. We also paid in 2014 for 5 shrub treatments. They did two in 2014 and carried over 3 to 2015.Paperwork is confusing. One time we have 50 feet of lawn and later we have 5500 feet. My plat of survey says I have a 10,000 feet lot. 2015 hasn't been a good year for their service. I may use them again on an as needed basis. I will  not pay up front again.     <br />"
