"If you are looking for a carpet cleaner who is friendly, professional, excellent at their craft, and reasonably priced, I highly recommend Service Tek. I’ve lived in my current home for seven years, inheriting a carpet that my best efforts to clean with a rental machine only resulted in sucking up fibers of rug rather than dirt and tough stains. I had considered Stanley Steamer but found that even with a coupon their quote was expensive and based solely on a phone call rather than a proper pre-visit and estimate. Seeing the amazing job that Jim of Service Tek had done in my parent’s home, I wondered if I might give myself an early Christmas gift and reached out to Jim. Jim came to my apartment the very next day and after a walk through to determine what would be needed, gave me an estimate both reasonable and a thumbs up for my landlord. "The walls that were painted were done well. There was no time to complete the trim around the windows and base molding, alas,  and the painters were not available to come back for over a week. Therefore, we were stuck with our house in shambles (breakables removed, paintings taken off walls, etc.) and the job not completely done. Initially I was not happy.
However, the price was insanely low for what WAS accomplished and it is hard to blame these nice people for having run out of time. So: fair enough. I (and they) should have foreseen that time would run out and we should have decided together that the small hall would not be done in exchange for completion of the the trim.
Unfortunately, there was some light splattering of white paint here and there (on the floors and rugs and furniture)  in the rooms that were painted. The company is insured, though, and so a professional cleaner has come and taken care of the main problems at no additional cost to us. A leather specialist is scheduled to come remove the last remaining paint stains on the leather couch. Scott is an honorable businessman and his team of workers, though imperfect , were very courteous and well-meaning and easy to have around. He was responsive to my feedback and swiftly took care of matters in so far as possible.
In the end , I am not quite a totally satisfied customer (it would have been better to have everything completed on schedule and no paint spatters to deal with) but I am not a furiously unhappy customer either. I hired someone else to come in and finish the trim  at very low cost to me and everything looks fine right now. The couch will be cleaned in a few weeks.
If I use these painters again (and I might, because they were so nice) ,  I will stress the need for adequate protective coverage of furniture and I will do more preliminary preparation myself before the job is begun.

"Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. "I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.
I would be happy to recommend their services to anyone.
