"We started with the land clearing then transitioned to excavating the foundation. Perimeter drains were installed. After foundation was back filled,Joe Pita rough graded the lot. Joe also installed our septic system . All aspects of our job was done very professionally. We would definitely recommend Joe Pita for all your excavation needs. "Excellent work,made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time.Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper.The stopper is great.All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude.On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done.Will hire for other work in the future."

"I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"This was a big deal purchase. I was not happy with that deal at all. I think that the advertising on this is extremely misleading. It's suppose to be a $39.00 service call and $39.00 off. As it turns out, he says, and this is certainly not clear in your advertising that it is $39.00 for a service call and $39.00 for a return visit. Based on his prices, there will never be a return visit. I mean, if I'm getting a $39.00 service call, and it's a relatively simple job, I wouldn't expect to cost me almost $200.00 more for him to do what he did. His prices are crazy. It turned out not to be a good deal. If a service call is $39.00 and someone is there for an hour, or less than an hour, probably close to thirty minutes. How much would you expect that to cost you? The service call is already paid for as part of the deal. I just think his prices are crazy. I don't remember what the total was, it was around $200.00.  It ended up costing around $200.00, I had to argue with him on that. He wanted to charge me another $75.00 for installing one little piece of pipe. It was really kind of an optional we might as well change this while we're at it. I'm not trying to be cheap in any way, shape or form but, I think his prices would have been high if I had not paid for the big deal. So, the big deal turns out to be nothing. Signup and basically get nothing. I don't have any problem with the quality of service but, his price is what's crazy. No other real comments other than that. My interaction was fine. The work that was done was fine. There was nothing exceptional, nothing that was poor. Nothing beyond what you would expect from an ordinary situation."

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.
