"After asking some questions and checking the usual problem spots, the technician, Nathan, identified a possible blockage in the main line in. He adjusted the pressure reducing valve which then forced the blockage and restored normal flow. He gave me a clear explanation of how the pressure reducing valve and cistern worked and what problems could arise. Afterward, he gave me options on what I could do (monitor or replace - I chose to monitor for now) and he also let me know to keep an eye on my water heater (due to age) and then provided me with his contact info in case anything reoccurred. He only charged for a normal service call."

"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects.
