"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.
