We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive. "This company is the best at what they do. Their very professional and conduct their business that way. When called, the response time is right away for major water clean up. They extracted all of the water, removed all of the furniture out of the way. Then the dry out fans were put into place and dehumidifyer's were placed into service. Within 4 days the place was ready to be put back together."

"James Laver with GREAT ABATE was fast and easy to work with. My shop flooded with inches of water. James came and tested the walls to see how much the water had been absorbed up the wall. He left me with several fans placed for several days so that we might avoid mildew. He would call to see how we were doing and when he came to pick up the fans he tested our walls again to make sure they were completely dry. He also checked our shop neighbors and planted a fan or two in there area so that the water wouldn’t bleed through. It’s nice to work with fast honest businesses especially during an emergency."
