In addition all old equipment and cardboard Was picked up and removed before they left. Three employees including the owner completed the install in less than 6 hours! "The service request and response time was fast and easy. This company has a no nonsense approach to servicing all HVAC repairs. I was given quotes by multiple different companies who all said that I needed to replace the entire system which would have been (10k-20k). Desert Heroes HVAC came out to address the issue and had my unit running better than it has since I bought the house 3 years prior and Saved me thousands and even reached out to check on their work afterword. I know everyone's experience might be different but I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend if you want honest prices and quotes that don't try to get you to spend extra. I have a fairly old unit so I know eventually I will need to get it replaced but this company was able to get the cold air flowing again so now I have some time to save up and eventually get the full replacement.
