"We are ecstatic with our newly remodeled master shower and guest tub. Robert K did a fantastic job with demo and installation. He was professional and efficient and always willing to answer any questions and explain the process."

"Recently had our vehicle repaired at Ric's Body & Paint after hitting an object moving on a freeway. I have used them 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years. I dealt with Dean Slaughter, manager. The work was superb and finished on time when Dean said it would be ready. Dean did an excellent job during the week it took to repair the car to communicate with me about how the repair was progressing. I could not give a stronger recommendation for Ric's Body & Paint."

"The only positive interaction was when the scaffolding crew started their prep work. Lath crew is fast at putting up house wrap incorrectly (against code and manufacturer directions) and covering it up quickly with EPS. Lath was installed hastily, with no regard for building codes, and against owner directions. Crew rarely shows up, promises to return to fix blatant issues, and inconsistently returns to continue lath installation on other areas. The owner or site supervisor is defensive and doesn’t believe in house wrap. Poor management, false promises, and appalling workmanship is the best Eddie and Sons could provide on our project."

"Excellent! They gave me a 3 Hr window for arrival; called when they were on their way and were lightning fast! My windows were newly installed and I had tried to get them clean with no luck. My windows have NEVER looked so clean. Thank you Isabelle and Vince!!"

"Everything went very well. The sales agent came to our house, did all of the measurements and was very professional. He answered all of our detailed questions. The company was easy to schedule with. The installers were on time and, aside from having new windows and a new door, left no trace they were ever there. The install team was very friendly and got right to work. I would definitely recommend this company for new windows. Our triple pane has not only lowered our energy bill, but also cut down tremendously on the noisy traffic that comes with living next to a main road."

"My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. I’ll be calling my friends to take back statements as these guys don’t care about their customers the way we thought they did."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Scottsdale, AZ

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
