During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! Overall we are thrilled with the outcome and will definitely use Apple Wood for future projects!"

"Wes Painting came to see the job and provided a quote. They answered my questions and talked about what the next steps would be as well as timeline. The office was very responsive and gave informative answers. The team power washed then painted the house (vinyl and aluminum siding) - during a heat wave. They were here early in the am and stayed at least 1 evening late to catch up for delays (rain, holiday). They cleaned up every day and did an impeccable job overall. Excellent quality and friendly service. Price was competitive. Definitely recommended."

"We needed someone to finish the paint job on our new living room and we were anxious to have it done within the week to accommodate expected guests. John agreed to fit us in a few days after I called and estimated that the job would take 2 days of work. He arrived punctually and worked hard. He did a good job painting a difficult room with lots of molding and exposed beams. He only charged me for 9 hours rather than the 16 I was fearing, and made a point of not counting the first 15 minutes ("because I would normally have come out and done an estimate, but we just talked over the phone"). He cleaned up diligently (I did find more paint splatters than I would like, but this was a relatively minor problem). He was always courteous and explained his comings and goings so we knew when to expect him. This was a small job, but important to me to get done quickly. I would definitely call him again when and if we take on painting other rooms in the house."
