"I had an appraisal right before we all shut down for Covid and it took a little longer to get their appraisal over to me. However it was NOT their fault as they had to track down the realtors and everyone involved with getting the comparison and tax information. "I wanted my roof to look better and needed someone to kill off some moss, lichens and darkening stains on the roof. The crew did a great job. Very professional. Cleaned up perfectly at the end. I really appreciate they used non-chlorine bleach to kill all growths. Living on a lake, it was very important to me that they not add any phosphates or chlorine to the lake water.
