They didnâ t charge a nickel more for the extra time or materials! They also figured out how and why. The yard was graded towards the house in one spot. Because of that issue my sump pump would start running just before the rain starts and run on and off until about a day after. They leveled the cement and I followed their instructions to regrade the yard. Several years later, cement is still level and my sump pump almost never runs.
