We knew the split unit needed replacement, and Tim discovered that the compressor for the main system was shorting out. GAC was able to get me a quote and replace that unit within the week. Very rapid and responsive. Team was incredibly professional and was very careful to talk me through each step. They gave me options when there were routing decisions to make and came to me to ok everything step by step. They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived too. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install.
