"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Paul did a great job. Our previous contractor didn't do a very good job on the rough openings for the doors so it took longer than Paul thought to install the doors, but he didn't charge us extra. Every door looks really good. The wall he finished for us looks a lot better than the other walls. We should have called him first. He will be getting a call from us on any more work we need for sure."

Heâ s built us a console table, built shelves, added a tile back splash, built a window seat, fixed trim and door frames for us, added new stair railings to our front entry, fixed holes in walls, helped install a kitchen faucet, regrouted tile, and many other things. He is upfront and honest when discussing the project and costs. He always lets us know if anything is changing with the plan or cost and why. He completes the work efficiently and with high quality. We often receive compliments on the work he has done for us. He communicates well. He is courteous and respectful. He had years of experience and is very skilled. We would definitely utilize his services again."
