"The painting and trim repair went smoothly. The owner contacted me the day before they wanted to start, when the weather was looking up, and we met the next morning. This was about a week after I gave the go ahead on the proposal. The painters were out for three days, with thee the first day, two the second, and one the third to finish up.

I received an email update from the owner the second day to update me on progress and made it home early on the second and third days to check in. All went smoothly from my perspective. There was a bit of trade off on prep work for the front entrance area (going to remove next year so skimp on prep) and trim repair which worked out well and kept the project at cost. I spoke with the painter on site who'd managed the team at some length about the work and future options on the last day when work was wrapped up.

Note on price: I didn't have a chance to get additional bids before I wanted to go ahead so I don't have a basis for comparison, but the price seemed fair for the work and friends with similar experience concurred."

"Vlad is a talented handyman. He cleaned & repaired gutters. Replaced our damaged window with a beautiful glass block. Tore out wet damaged sheetrock. Replaced new sheetrock, wanes coating, trim, matching wall paint color perfectly. Additional ceiling sheetrock repaired from another water leak. The ceiling matches perfectly. Talented & willing handyman. My husband has dementia, and is no longer able to complete these repairs we had adding up around our older home. We had our toilet plug, he responded with yes I can take care of it. Several window cranks needed to be replaced. Vlad bought parts required & replaced these as well. My initial consultation was for storm damage, gutters, window well & interior sheetrock repair. He gave me an estimate for the big construction. While he was here he was so awesome to add these other smaller repairs. I have a few more projects to tackle & Reliable Handyman, Vlad will be who I reach out to for my future repairs. Honest, friendly, skilled & definitely hard working, always cleaning up at end of each day. End result is solidly repaired window & interior walls. Vlad itemized supplies, parts & labor. "Justin was awesome and we would highly recommend him to anyone! He was very thorough with the inspection and took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us great details, as far as critical items and simple repairs, with everything he found. He also had great advice for simple maintenance of other items in and around the home. Justin is also a contractor, which is great, because that gives him the knowledge to not just know what to look for, but how to take care of it the correct way. He can also be hired after inspection to do certain repair/install work for you. Don't waste time researching other inspectors and price shopping. JJ Inspections is priced very well, and well worth the price!!"

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."
