"We got our central air through Carolina Comfort Air. We were lucky to have Terry sell us this unit when we inquired. Then the next day Chris B, Mateo, and Dre were very professional. They installed a beautiful Trane unit. Wonderful experience and great people to work with."

"They quickly respond to my request for a quote which I received the same day, And the job was completed the very next day. An outside set of motion sensor lights had to be wired and installed. The technician, Scott did an excellent job. He reached out to builder representatives to determine the feasibility of the job, worked quickly, efficiency and left no mess. The project outcome was exactly as I had envisioned."

"The two techs that came and did the install was very professional, answered all my questions, 10/10 would recommend this company."

"Due to both my wife & I experiencing frequent sneezing while in our home during the pollen season, our physician recommended upgrading the filter system in our HVAC. Sandpiper is our "go-to" HVAC company so we contacted them about such equipment. They responded immediately and Adam was most knowledgeable about such systems and offered several options to solve the problem. We selected what we wanted and one week later four Sandpiper techs arrived and installed the system within 2 hours. Both the sales person, Adam, and the crew were totally professional and kept us completely informed. We are MOST SATISFIED with the Sandpiper personnel, equipment and pricing. If you are looking for a reputable HVAC company, Sandpiper is the BEST>"

"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

"A major local large company was getting a quote together reaching $20K for my AC repair. I ran him off before he got higher and called Ken. I knew I had to replace the outside unit. Ken completed the job and saved me at least $16K."

"Everything went well! They were able to install the new unit sooner than expected. The guys, Mike, Riley and Andrew were professional, friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up any debris and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Mike Russell is awesome too. I have used O'Brien Service Company for many years and I trust them completely. Thanks, O'Brien, for another outstanding job!"

"Our 7yr old HVAC system fizzled out over the weekend. I called Advanced Air at 8:30 am Monday morning and Ronnie fit us in the schedule. A lengthy diagnosis & multiple ways trying to save our unit proved fruitless. He patiently walked me through the problem and explained in detail/layman's terms what was wrong and the probable cause. Hard lesson learned as it turns out that we had not serviced our AC in ~18 months and we were so low on refrigerant that a line overheated and burned out the fan and the compressor. He even made sure to call me outside as he was draining the old unit to show me how low the refrigerant was. He called and got an excellent price on a new compatable system and installed it that afternoon working well into the evening to make sure it was installed and working correctly. Every interaction was polite and professional.  I have dealt with every level of contractor over the years and it is VERY rare to get this level of service, affordability and competence in a contractor. I have already scheduled my maintenance with Advanced Air and will gladly recommend him to friends and family."
