"Several days after calling we received a visit from Steve, who manages client accounts/coordinates jobs, and John, president. Both men were professional and pleasant, and John went into detail in response to our questions, which gave us some confidence in the firm's competence. We were offered financing. We received estimates via email in a short time. Once we decided to proceed with JSP, Steve visited again with Travis, who determined materials needs and made an estimate of how long the install would take (2 days). Again, professional and pleasant demeanor, and questions answered with detail. Steve was able to subcontract fuel tank removal for a reasonable cost when we determined this was also required by our municipality. Steve filed the permit with our town early enough to start on schedule. Work was scheduled for the end of October. The work was conducted over three days, rather than two, but much of the reason for that lay with our propane supplier rather than than JSP. Overall I was pleased with the install. The crew was small, but well equipped and experienced. There was a company runner to bring items when needed rather than an installer having to leave. They also showed up with two trucks full of a huge selection of tools and materials. Damon and (another) John vastly exceeded my expectations as far as how pleasant I imagined it might be to have strangers working in the home all day. They did not mind explaining what they were doing, they worked steadily but without hurrying, and they treated one another with respect. They did not cause any damage to our home and they cleaned up after themselves. The third day was trying, with Damon having to return late in the evening after doing another job some distance away to hook up and fire the boiler after the propane was finally activated. This did not affect his attitude and we really appreciate his work getting everything absolutely right, including returning a week or so later to make a small adjustment to the system. Payment was requested once the fuel tank was removed a few days later and we had a chance to evaluate how everything was working. We will receive boiler maintenance for two more years, and we are confident the company stand behind their work. The company has automated text and email notifications to keep clients abreast of when staff are en route to your home (including a photo for those very concerned about safety). This was helpful."

"Winston and son came on time and were ready to do the job. They removed faucet and cleaned out hard water debris which in turn made it easy to turn faucet and flow was improved in bathtub. Noise from sink faucet was lessened when they cleaned out the erator in the spout. I needed air intake release in pipe for the washing machine to drain out without hearing lots of draining noise through the main pipe. They had to go out to buy the part they needed from hardware store. I did have a little clean up after though on bathroom floor and tub. Not a big issue.

"I found this company while searching the internet for contractors in my area. Derek (Owner) was my 5th a final estimate. In this case, saving the best for last was a TRUE statement. Derek was the only one to bring documentation about his company, his insurance policies, and provided a full written contract within DAYS of our initial meeting. We worked on a price that was fair for both of us and he broke down all of his costs to highlight why his price was where it was. It is the little things that won him the job. Changing the locks on my basement door so I would never have to worry about anyone coming upstairs, ordering a port-a-potty so no one would have to use my bathroom inside, daily morning phone calls to let me know what was being done that day and the upcoming days, etc. Every single one of his workers were kind, intelligent, hard working, and professional. Choosing Derek to complete my project was a choice I am glad I made. Derek is a perfectionist, and will not stop until it is 110%. "tThe crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The job appears to be very professional. They spent time with us afterwards to explain what they found and how it was rectified. Since the issue was intermittent leaks we do not have absolute proof that the the issues has been fixed but have had no issues since the repair was done.
