"Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. "Terry was very quick to respond and set about scheduling people to remove the drywall, treat for mold, and another crew to repair the drywall. The only hiccup was the crew to repair the drywall did not show up on time (5 hours late one day) and cost more than originally quoted (but only by $75 so, not horrible) Overall was not as bad an experience as I thought it would have been."

He assessed the situation and kept me apprised of what he needed to do to correct my problem. Very courteous and professional. In leaving he insisted on wiping up water from his equipment that dripped thru my house. The price was reasonable. This is the second time I turned to HomeAdvisor for a repair. I will be keeping this business card if should I need other work. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to others."
