He said he could cure the cold air issues and came back with a quote of $1,200. I escaladed the service through Angie’s List. A few months later they fired the gentleman who I had been working with. After talking with the manager I found out that the representative had grossly increased my price which I thought he had. He tried to double charging me. The owner had someone come out to blow the 500 square feet of insulation. They did the work as it should have been done. They did everything they could to make it right by a bad employee."

"After the work, it is so much better as it has helped my heating and cooling bills. My wood had some moisture content left and they solved that problem because I had doubts about that problem when I had a little leak. I finish it up having it fixed. There were some molds under the house and when they were doing that they tested all over the house. They found out that I have a problem with the other side of the house and totally away from the leak, which was just due to the humidity. They did a great work and were very professional. I got some quotes from other contractors and they were by far the most professional and the most knowledgeable people. The guy I dealt with was very real sharp. "The Good: The work itself was done well, and floors look great. They had the best overall price and gave a good discount for cash on top of that. The Bad: They were supposed to show up at 8 am on the first day and did not show up or call. We finally called them and they said they were running behind on another job and would be there around 11. They did begin work that day. The workers dumped some sawdust, etc. on front lawn under a pine tree. About 2 hours after work was complete on last day (and they left with a cash payment) the area under the tree started to smoulder and caught fire. We didn't end up catching it for an hour or so; we were able to put the fire out, but tree was damaged and will need to be removed, and now there is a black area of grass around tree. We were going to cut the tree down anyway, so not a huge deal, but still, it could have been a LOT worse. We did not receive a response from company when we called about the fire."
