"I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm.
At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else.

"Called Steve to schedule help with surround sound. He was very flexible with his schedule and met me the next day. After looking at the sound system and making some changes/recommendations Steve asked if we liked the 5 remotes sitting on the coffee table and suggested a universal remote. No pressure, just made the suggestion...I asked a couple of questions and after learning that we could also close the door to the cabinets housing all the components this was a no brainer. He went to get the products and ultimately hooked up all components, organized the wiring, programmed and provided my wife and I instruction on how to use the new remote. The best part of the overall experience was after about 2 weeks our blu-ray broke (thanks to the three yr old in the house) after purchasing a new player the remote needed to be reprogrammed. Steve came to our home On A SATURDAY to reprogram the remote for the new player at no charge! Steve e has always been on time and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone!"

"Water heater replacement was first on the agenda as not taking care of that immediately could have caused damage.  There was a little delay in acquiring the water heater because the big box store it was purchased from didn't ring it up correctly when I purchased it for later pickup.  It cost us a couple of hours of frustration but from what I could tell it didn't bother Brian too much.  Install went well.  A new ball valve and flexible supply lines were installed which should make the next water heater replacement go faster.
Demolition began and I realized that this job was going to have more of an impact on our daily retired lives that I had imagined.  This was not due to anything Brian and crew did - it was the first time I had hired someone to do more than two days' work.  It was a little dusty but not as bad as I had imagined.  Brian and Anthony did everything they could to keep things cleaned.  Anthony even ran the vacuum on multiple occasions and both Anthony and Brian dusted.  I can honestly say they treated my home as their own and I greatly appreciated it.  Are we going to clean more extensively - yes - but its spring cleaning time anyway.  The point is, I felt comfortable sleeping in our bedroom even with the demolition of our master bath.
The master bath was a bit less square than it could have been which caused Brian to ponder for some time exactly how to lay the tile for the best possible appearance.  The result was spectacular in my opinion.
On the fourth day we were actually seeing our new bathrooms come together and I was so pleased with their attention to detail.  It all looks great - better than I had imagined.
About this time it Brian brought in Shelly and that additional set of hands really started to make things happen.  Brian needed to excuse himself for a while to line up more future business so that made sense.  He was never gone long though and was there until the last (6th) day.
The crew was very polite and pleasant.  During some of the pauses in action I was happy to get to know them all better.  Even though I told them I was going to pressure wash the garage the day after finishing up the job, they swept up and hosed out the garage.  Its that type of consideration I and attention to detail I appreciate.
I already have plans for them to come out and replace all of my baseboards.  I expect I will have more jobs for them after than.
