We are real happy with them. We have had them out three different times. We could not figure the thermostat out so we had to have them come out a couple of times to show us. Then they came out and replaced the filters and that kind of stuff. They have always been really timely and do a good job, I mean, they are there within a couple of hours. It was a pretty good deal. They were right there and they did not leave until the job was done. They took us down stairs and showed us everything and explained it to us. We called them and we had the problem and it was on a Sunday. We bought into for $99 they supply all of the filters for the year and then they come out and do the spring and fall checks for free. All of our trip charges are free for anything we do. He said he would fit us in since we are a member and all of that, even with it being Sunday.  He said he would rearrange some things and I said they did not have to do that so they were out there the very next day.  They are right on time or early.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
