"Immediately established service and explained all options"

"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"If I had to describe ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning in a few words they would be: Professional, Punctual, Quality Service, Responsiveness and High Vale. Ricardo was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. He repaired my A/C system at a reasonable price and communicating was an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning."

"Went very well. Tech gave great information on the condition of my unit. As well as provided guidance for upcoming repairs that may be needed."

"Prompt, efficient service --- Technically knows gas furnace products --- More importantly knows the economics of keeping up with repairs on a 30 year old unit vs going with a new unit --- Not a sales pitch -- just facts ---- Went new and the cost including nicely done installing was much lower than I originally thought it would be . "Came to the house ON TIME, very professional, provided exact service as hired. Recommended logical follow up service and emailed with updates. After hiring terrible contractors that never called back or never showed up for scheduled work, this was a pleasant experience. Thanks HARP!"
