"They did a good job and eventually found a loose wire that fixed everything... But if the original prices quoted had been paid out I would have been pretty sad with their pricing. However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high."

"Superior experience from the Service Representative (Ken Q) on down to the Installations Technicians. Ken spent time looking at the A/C unit. We reviewed and he explained in detail why we had to modify the configuration of the unit, what the unit required to replace, costing, and when it could be completed. When Ken left we had a thorough and complete understanding of what our unit required to keep my family cool on these hot summer days. We received follow up calls asking if we had any questions with our price quote, if questions about the Company, technicians, warranty and the type of unit. No pressure to make a decision on repair /purchasing the unit from their Company. Very professional. Prior to the Air Serv installers/technicians showing up the Company called as well as sent an email to detailing the time and who the Company would be sending out to replace our unit. "Please note that the Technicians are vetted with background checks, and a picture of our Technician which is important to any homeowner." The Technicians were prompt on time, neat, very courteous, considerate of my home (no dirt on the floors/carpet). They did a outstanding job in replacing both the inside and outside HVAC units, modifications to the duct work, replacing the thermostat and cleaning up after the project was completed. The Company supported our installation of the unit expertly and efficiently I wish that ALL home repair services was this smooth and seamless. Highly recommended!! Ron C."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Aire Serv of Martinsburg! Their customer service was amazing. The owner, Jim, takes the lead and is available every step of the way which is incredible in itself. They communicate by phone, email, text, the app (Home Advisor in my case) whichever is most convenient for the customer which, as a full-time work from home person now, is invaluable. They send a picture of the technician in advance, send reminders, and the person who assessed the problem was the one who came back to fix it (once the part was in) which is preferable in my experience but rarely the case these days. Burt, our technician, was quiet but professional and so so helpful through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and honestly. He did what they promised and all he could to ensure my problem was resolved and that I was satisfied with the results. He also practiced COVID safety measures with masks and distancing, as appropriate, as well. Also, they offered to come out the same day if needed (knowing my 78 year old dad was in the home) and at no extra charge! Our blower motor went out so our AC and Heat weren't circulating. It was the first night it was going to be down to the 40's too, of course. Found out their service call costs are the same weekdays or weekends! That's impressive in itself. (Who does that now a days?? They do ?) Aire Serv of Martinsburg's customer service alone is a reason to highly recommend them but their quality of work, honesty in pricing, excellent communication and focus on good work at an honest price seals the deal! Through the assistance of Angle's List, I was able to contact him and have the service performed. Even though he no longer worked for Thor Construction he honored the special deal. He was very knowledgeable about the system."
