"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

Since the service, my system has been running perfectly, and my energy bills have noticeably decreased. "Last fall we had our air conditioner go out. It ended up being the worst possible time because it was hot. We were actually leaving about eleven o'clock that day to go to a funeral out of state unfortunately. We were able to work with them and they were great. They sent someone out to check it. Unfortunately it had to be replaced. They worked with us where we kept in contact over the phone and paid for it. They came out and actually replaced it and stuff while we were gone. I talked to other people after, like I say I didn't really have time to negotiate. It was pretty much what most people said they paid. They sent someone out in like thirty minutes."

"This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling."

"The young man from Greenwell Dustin texted me earlier than I expected which was great and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue told me what part was needed and told me where I could get it to save some money. Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. Dustin will be who I request if I need any other services from Greenwell Plumbing."

"They come twice a year, I have a contract with them. They have been my company the last 25 to 30 years, same guy. He knows my system and I know him."

"What stood out to me was the gentlemen was very nice. I ended up not buying a new water heater from them but I felt like he was diligent in fixing the problem. He didn't do any actual work but he did some testing and it concluded that I needed a new water heater."

"Zach, Josh, and Cole came out and installed new heat pump for me in the middle of this snow storm. Very clean, informative and punctual. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks from veteran."

"I was charged almost double the going rate. A friend of mine paid almost half for a larger hot water heater less than a year ago installed by Daunhauer."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.
