Aaron Utter came out himself to do the estimate and was on the job site 3 of the 4 times I dropped by to see the progress. They started work within days of my accepting the bid, did everything they said they would and more. They finished on time and cleaned everything perfectly. I've dealt with many contractors through one new home build and two renovated homes. This was the easiest and most professional crew I've dealt with ever! "Mr. Luis is the most professional and patient gentleman. He always quickly responded to any of our request before and during the job. Mr. Luis also has the best crew who did an outstanding job to make my broken retaining wall like a new wall again. They also cleaned up the working area nicely. Mr. Luis is very busy, I've waited for more than a week to get the home visit scheduled. But all my wait is paid off since I found the best company to repair my retaining wall! "The work they did was not the best. It is messed up in a small section and water builds up in it and sets in my yard. They have a five year warranty so they are supposed to be coming back to fix it but they are just booked up right now. I am happy that they did acknowledge that they messed up and are willing to work with me to repair it. It is ruining my yard as all the water just sits there. They were on time and did a nice job."

"The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."
