"Our furnace went out the afternoon before Thanksgiving day, we called another repair place and made an appointment for Friday, they never showed up and were not returning calls. So we started calling around and got hold of Carlson's. They came over within half an hour and diagnosed the problem. The circuit board wasn't available until Monday but they had it up and running then and were reasonably priced. We will call them next time our furnace needs any repairs."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
