"The moment we met Jay, from J and T Heating and Cooling company for an estimate for a new Central Air/Central Heat unit, we knew we were in good hands. Jay explained in detailed his vision and made sure we were updated on a daily basis of their progress. The crew was professional and very efficient in making sure everything was done in a timely manner and properly installed. They surpass our expectations in the work they did. They did an amazing job of making everything looked neat like nothing was installed. Our home is cool and like new. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling installations."

"Great experience from beginning to end! Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs! Excellent service, quick response, reasonable price Pleasure to deal with guy like Matt!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They did a fantastic job. Showed up everyday on time. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Let you know what time they would be back.Courteous and worked with our schedule. Their pricing was much better than others we contacted.
Very happy with their service and are using again on LED outside lighting."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"Joe came to do the repair work on my furnace very quickly. He did a great repair job to get my heat up and running . Joe is very knowledgeable and his cost is the best that you will find. I will definitely use him again. Also he is a very great guy to talk and interact with."

"Robinsons mechanics showed up at my convenience and checked out my mobile home heater and central air conditioner. They found a part defective in each unit, but being off the wall manufacturers, they did not have the parts on their service truck, and said they would have to order them. That was on Friday, October 3rd, and they fixed the equipment on the 7th. I am very pleased with their professionality and cooperation."

"Fast service,and great prices"
