"Todd was extremely responsive and called to schedule an in-home estimate the moment I clicked "request a quote" on the Angie's List site. He provided an estimate for both quartz and granite. I then went to their showroom to choose the quartz I wanted (and the sink and faucet) and to schedule the measuring. The laser measuring of my kitchen was very cool. Then the installation was scheduled--counters, sink, and faucet--and it all went very smoothly--even with a run to Home Depot by the plumber for a fitting. I really like that they contract the plumber and that all the installation is done in one day, so there's no down time in teh kitchen."

"Rene is incredibly nice, a great communicator. He always let us know when he was coming. We had tiles that had come off of our shower wall and didn't know what to do. We had Rene out to look and see if he could salvage the shower. He and his crew did an AMAZING job removing the surrounding tiles, even went above and beyond what we asked and smoothed out tiles that were previously out of place. He also regrouted the whole shower. They also kept a very clean area, which I appreciated. What was a tired looking shower, he made look fresh and new. I would absolutely hire Rene for another job and feel very comfortable knowing I would get a great result."

"Excellent experience from sales to installation. Robert was personable and thorough and was able to accommodate our need for quick installation. The team that installed the flooring were professional and worked hard. They encountered unexpected problems, but got them resolved right away. Part of the floor had to be sanded to eliminate uneven spots and they quickly got it done. They pointed out a floor-installed elec. outlet that had been covered by carpet and advised how to make it safe, even bringing in their own electrical guy to rewire it. Even though they were not installing carpet, they brought in someone who worked with carpeting to deal with a peripheral carpet issue. There was no extra charge for these two people coming out to ensure everything was done perfectly. They did a great job. I would recommend this company and those installers to anyone."

"After reading multiple reviews I contacted Jonathon for an estimate. He came out the next day and advised of all options. I wanted to initially replace my old builder deck with a vinyl deck that would require no maintenance and would not fade. In our discussions I was convinced that what I really wanted was a screened in porch in addition to just a deck. Jonathon shared photos of some of his past porch jobs, and I was convinced of his skill as a craftsman. The job in total took about 3 weeks to complete. My wife and I could not be happier. The finished porch is simply stunning and unlike anything else in our neighborhood. Our neighbors have given many compliments! Jonathon was very professional, showed up on time, put in a full day's work regardless of the weather, and was responsive to any questions we had along the way. We love it.

We were particularly impressed with the tile work and the "on site" modifications. There is no problem that Chris can't handle, and he does it in a relaxed way that puts the homeowner at ease. Chris and his workmen are perfectionists, and that's exactly what we were looking for. Each day they tidy up and try to leave the project site as clean as they found it, which we really appreciated. It's difficult to live in dust for weeks, but a little TLC. a broom, and a shop vac go a long way to making the homeowner feel that the end is in sight. We also loved the fact that Chris has so many great contacts and vendors in the Baltimore area....from tile to glass to granite and wood, he has a personal recommendation that is just as good as he is.
