"CHRIS WAS VERY NICE. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF SO I DID NOT HAVE A BIG MESS. HE USED THE BASEMENT WINDOW TO BRING THINGS THROUGH SO LIFE UPSTAIRS WAS LESS DISRUPTIVE AND MESSED UP. I THOUGHT THAT WAS INNOVATIVE. THE CLOSET SHELF WAS NOT INSTALLED SO THERE IS NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES. I CALLED CHRIS TO TELL HIM WE MISSED THIS. HE WAS GOING ON VACATION. I LEFT A MESSAGE WHEN HE GOT BACK AND TRIED A FEW OTHER TIMES WITHOUT LEAVING A MESSAGE. IF THE CLOSET WAS FINISHED I WOULD HAVE BEEN 100% SATISFIED."
