"Jeremy hit a home run. He installed a medicine cabinet, shower head, shimmed my shower door, fixed my screen door latch, hung two curtain rods, hung a clock, hung 3 coat hooks, hung 2 kitchen shelves, 2 rods for dishtowels, paper towel rack, put together garden cabinet and put on my wheel covers. All in 3 hours. Amazing. He is very personable and makes sure everything is the way you want it. What more can you ask for?"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"We were not very happy. They did very few windows at the price that was advertised. It wasn't that many windows for that price. They didn't even clean the 10 windows. I wasn't home and my husband didn't know which 10 to assign. He let them get away with washing the mirror in my bathroom. They did an okay job on what they did. They should have washed more windows for that amount of money. They were on time."

He fastening it to the studs in wall, even when the directions did not call for it. He fixed a problem with our recirculating pump that no other handyman or even plumber could figure out! For the first time in 8-1/2 years, we finally don't have to wait 2 minutes for hot water in our master bathroom!!! My husband was amazed this morning!!! Not only did he fix the door on our bathroom vanity that no one else could, but also saved me from making a huge mistake with my selection of caulk for some brickwork. "I bought the service but my house was twice the size of offer so it was extra plus i added cleaning gutters. on cleaning windows, they clean only the outside but my windows are high up so that was needed. very nice family and worked very hard. would use again.
