"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"The workers who put the roof and siding on did a good job. The company itself is where we had the issue they came out the first week of April said it would be 2 weeks and it would be finished it took them 2 months to get to our house and get the job completed. Which is definitely unexceptable. They probably shouldn't tell a customer that it will be 2 weeks when they know it wont be. We didn't get upset or mad gave them an okay review with American Family then we get a bill which was fine we owed the money but we decided to repay the favor and do business like they do. We were going to make them wait 60 days to get paid like they made us wait 2months to get someone out here to do the work. We received a letter Saturday stating that they were going to put a lien on our home and turn us in saying we committed fraud. They should treat their customers they way they want to be treated. I will NEVER use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone PERIOD!
