"Yes, he got all the work done that he was hired to do. On top of that, there were obstacles that made the job more difficult, but he got around those and did an excellent job. I live in an older home and I have an older electrical box. I thought for sure he was going to tell me it needed to be replaced. But he said though it was old, It was still a good box. I appreciated the fact that he showed up when he said he would or would call to say he was running behind. I have found so many contractors these days don’t even show up so this was definitely a refreshing change. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality electrical work."

"There was a clear lack of communication between the person doing the quote, their PM, and their various subcontractors. They showed up without the needed gear and left my electrical panel off the wall. They came without ladders tall enough to reach everything. Their electricians tripped breakers after being explicitly told why they were installing it... which was to avoid power outages on the circuit They connected to. They also did not pass the first inspection by the city and had to come redo some work. The work was done (mostly) well, it just seems that they are extremely disorganized."

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

Eric made sure that I knew what was going on, gave me options, and he and his team worked hard in my jinky old house. I like the leadership skills Eric showed with his team, and because he was well organized so was his team. I'm seriously happy with the education I received and the work that was done. As a first time home buyer electrical work seems horrifying, but this was more than pleasant. Eric went above a beyond by thinking of my future electrical needs and prepping for things I didn't think of, nor mention. "A breaker in my kitchen that manages all the outlets (coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc) went on the fritz the Friday before Easter Sunday at 3 PM, and it would go back into position. It also tripped the GFCI switches in our bathrooms, shutting off those lights. I called POP based on Angie's List reviews. They have an answering service that takes their calls and forwards them to the electricians. I received a call back within an hour, and the tech. tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone first. We determined that was not working so he arranged to have someone out on Saturday morning at 10 AM. On Saturday, we received a call from the tech. assigned to the job saying he was running early and would 9 AM be OK -- to which we replied YES! (remember, our coffee maker was on the fritz). He arrived on time, identified and replaced the broken breaker switch, and took care of a couple of other small projects (see above) while he was here -- things that my husband had started but had not been able to successfully finish. He was in and out in less than an hour. I was most impressed with their responsiveness and timeliness, especially on a holiday (Easter) weekend. Their price seemed fair, neither a bargain, nor high. The tech. was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend."
