"He troubleshot and installed my smart thermostat. Even fixed some of the issues from previous services."

"I needed a smart thermostat installed and Victor, owner of United Air Heating & Air Conditioning, did a great job. He contacted me right away, quoted me a very fair price and we set up an appointment within a few days. He did a very thorough job installing the thermostat, plus took the time to explain some of the basics to me about programming it, etc. He also put down a drop cloth to protect my floor, which I noted. Other contractors have just let debris fall onto the floor (and left it there for me to clean up). He also gave me some helpful advice about my ductwork and other things. He was very personable, professional and his service was very reasonably priced. I can definitely recommend him and will hire him for any future HVAC needs. Thank you, Victor!"

"Service was great and pricing very competitive. Nick Knuth was very knowledgeable when he came to do an assessment of the work to be done, and answered all my questions I'm a very clear way. The techs worked pretty quickly and efficiently when installing the new unit. Deisy and Emma from the office always made sure that things were taken care of and went above and beyond with follow-ups and updates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service."

"Our experience with DNA was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, Andrew called and visited us. He quickly inpected our attic, which had had a major rat infestation and extremely old heater ducts. He gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, replacing the old insulation, and installing new ducts. The crew of Ivan, Andrew, Amanda and Denicio worked quickly and were very personable, reliable and efficient. They kindly removed all the old boxes stored in the attic which was not part of the original work. We especially liked that Andrew followed up with us after the job was completed, to ensure we were satisfied, and offering to come and fix any problems we might have. We could not be happier with DNA and highly recommend them for any heating issues."

"My wall heater had not been working for 3 yrs and I could not find anyone to fix it. This young man and his brother came out when I called checked out my situation and explained everything to me and my husband. They were very knowledgeable and professional came out the next day on time and replace my whole heater. They protect my floors, cleaned up and now my home is warm and the new heater looks great."
