"I called PHR A/C & Heating to repair my central air system, and they exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and the technician Erick arrived on time. They were incredibly professional, explained the problem clearly, and repaired it the same day. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Since the repair, my AC has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise!"

"A/C went down at evening with temperatures in the high 80s in Houston, TX. Called them and they came in less than 30 minutes!!! The capacitor in one of the units was damaged and they replaced it literally in 10 minutes!!! Awesome super fast service."

"Explained options for replacement versus repair without over selling."

"The service was great and reasonable. The technician was very informative and gave options for the repair."

"Great service and support in my AC. I did not like the price for the repair (temp work around is in place for a friend to assist), but got my service done since I was behind on that. Would recommend"

"Jacob , was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Because of him I would personally recommend this company. He executes the necessary services for the unit without excess. I have confidence in his work and therefore requesting Jacob for both Heating and A/C Service."

"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"Brian was amazing—5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He showed up on time, quickly found the problem with our A/C unit, and got it fixed. His pricing was very fair, and there was no overcharging or trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. Great service, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. We will definitely be using Brian again anytime we need A/C or heating work. Highly recommend!"

"I've been taking my vehicles to Colony One Auto Center for years now and I've always received the best service for a great price. I trust them so much that I prefer using them over the dealership, and the price is so much better! They're always very honest and even educational so I know I'm making the right decision. 100% recommend them and will always be back!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
