"Professional Establishment, from estimation to completion of work. Purchased HVAC and Furnace - Received estimates from the owner, Bill. I had over 1000 questions, and he responded to every text, email or phone call within a 1/2 hour throughout the entire process. When hired, everything went exactly according to plan without a hitch. Bill was personally onsite two different times to assure the work was being done to my satisfaction. Installers Trevor and Kevin were right on time both days. They walked me through everything and made sure i was OK with things BEFORE installing anything. They were very professional and comfortable to work with. Although the cost was comparable to the Big Conglomerates, the distinct difference is the concern, care and accessibility you receive when dealing with Universal, all backed with an excellent service warranty. Bottom Line: If you want a professional establishment who treats you like family, and does the job correctly the first time without issue, this is the company for you."

"David W. of Marshall Services just completed a check up of the heating system and furnace along with maintenance. I have signed on with Marshall because they are honest, straightforward and do a great job. David was on time, polite, informative with recommendations and was considerate of the house as far as cleanliness is concerned. The recommendations are provided along with costs and an explanation of benefits, but you are given the information in a way that enables you to understand cost/benefit ratio and there is no hard pressure to engage in additional or unneeded services or repairs. The company is run as a small business where there is a personal touch to everything from scheduling through work conducted. Very happy with Marshall as a provider of their services - which is pretty comprehensive."
