"I have previously used East Coast Comfort for minor repairs to my aging Central Air system and have been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this year, my system was beyond basic repair. When faced with replacing some pricey parts (evaporator coil) on an aging system or installing a new system, both Lisa and Tony were extremely helpful in designing a system that fit our budget and requirements. We ultimately decided to replace the gas furnace, A/C condenser and coil as the new system would have a ten year warranty and be much more energy efficient. During his site visit, Tony also recommended some cost-effective ducting modifications to ensure air was supplied to the upper floor of our rowhome properly. The full replacement was performed in a single day and was scheduled quickly even though it was the middle of June (peak season). Lisa remained communicative throughout the process and Tony and his crew were awesome. They took extra care as they removed the old system and carefully brought in the new parts and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and I highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation. My family is now enjoying cool air and energy savings."

"Dan responded within a reasonable time frame to our service request. He was on time for our appointment and he and his son quickly evaluated the condition of our furnace. "Adem first came to the house for my $49 AC tune-up.  The AC wasnt working but I thought it just needed a good tune-up.  I was wrong.  Adem opened the outside unit and it was covered in ants and dirt.  Then to make matters worse, he told me I needed a new fan motor.  The estimate for the job was $900.  Not what I wanted to hear.  I agreed and he said he would order the motor and be back in a week. 
Adem came back and said he was thinking about my AC unit and wanted to try something else before he replaced the motor.  Well whatever he did worked!!!  I was absolutely thrilled that someone would be honest and dedicated enough to try to repair something before the doing the high cost of replacement.  The cost dropped to $575. 
Adem stuck with it and got the job done quickly.  He also cleaned by outside unit which makes everything run more efficiently.  My AC has never worked so well in the 7 years I've been in my house.  It works so well that I have to keep the thermostat up around 75 degrees because the house gets really cold now.
Adem is a great guy and a great mechanic.  He's very personable and really has your best interests in mind.  Adem is my new HVAC guy.  He will be back just before winter to tune up my heater.  I'm really looking forward to those lower electric bills!!!
