They gave me additional insight as to why it would be better to place it a few more inches away from the house to be able to access it for maintenance, which I appreciated as I wouldn't have known to do that. When the job was finished Cosmin and Linus made sure to walk me through everything that was changed, explained how often to have it cleaned and left all to documents need for the unit in a packet for easy reference.
