Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. "It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."
