"Mr Roosevelt was wonderful during a nightmare situation with the home warranty company. He went to bat for me, was prompt, and patient with me as I was losing it with the home warranty company. All the repairs were done immediately upon approval and he even came back to make sure everything was working properly after the electrician ran new wiring at no charge.
