"The first Tech came, looked around the attic area I guess cause I didn't see what he did, my heater still wasn't working, I called again, another Tech came out and really took the time to find the problem and he did. Kudos to the second Tech, he took the time and cleaned the Flame sensor, set up my Smart Thermostat which the first Tech didn't do. Good and Professional done the SECOND TIME AROUND."

I'm been a handyman/general contractor for over 40 years. Though Integrity First Handyman Services is new to the North Las Vegas/Las Vegas area, we're not new to fixing things. I cut my teeth on framing and floors, which continue to be an area specialty. I frame and install (repair) windows, doors, sheds, closets, etc. If it's wood, I can make/design it or fix it. "I was able to get an appointment at my convenience, and James arrived right on time.  He explained to me what the problem was and stated it might take a day or two to get the part.  He also explained the part would be quite expensive because the replacement had been retooled with metal instead of plastic.  He also showed me that I could use the dishwasher without that part being replaced.  I chose to replace the part.  A short time later, he called to tell me he had found the part locally and could come by the house again right then to replace it.  I liked his honesty and the extra effort he made to get the part and replace it in the same day.

"We had talked about replacing windows for a few years. We get window salesman in our area constantly. Came across Home Improvements enterprises on a google search. We asked 4 companies for quotes. After all 4 quotes completed we chose Home Improvements quote. The same windows at about $4000 less than the other quotes, no salesman just Robert. The windows took about 7 weeks to be built due to covid . Windows installed yesterday along with one slider. 2 man crew showed up installed all windows. Crew worked well and cleaned up after. Nice job all around. Windows are nice , plus they took all the old windows away."

"Mark and the High Roller Crew are all professionals, clean, quick, and HIGH quality worksmanship. My projects is a horror story gone bad! I'll just say this. Never Hire a 3rd party vender from Costco, Water Softener Rep. sent a guy to my home with no experience, or knowledge of plumbing. Really bad buisness, they dont clean up or repair after the job. After 30 min cutting holes in the ceiling of my garage for a water main?! Yes I said Ceiling. It didn't end well with all parties. Thankfully Mark and the HR Crew returned my finished garage back to or better condition. ☆ Called immediately to set appointment. ☆ Called morning of 1hr early ☆ Price point fair and balanced ☆ 3 XL holes took entire 8x4 sheet of drywall ☆ Start to finish, Demo, install, tape, finish, paint, less the 6hrs!
