Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Technician was unable to perform services ordered and paid for on Angles List site. This was due to standing water underneath my home, which is where the furnace is located. However, the technician did everything he could and made notes to my file for a follow-up visit to be scheduled. Within a few weeks, the follow-up visit was confirmed and he returned without my prompting to complete the inspection. (The furnace had resumed heating properly before his return.) He provided pictures of some of his findings. All-in-all, my unit is working pretty well despite its age. An offer to provide estimates for a potential replacement unit was made."
