"We had a small kitchen fire and fire retardant went EVERYWHERE from the fire extinguisher and the fire department. On Site came very quickly to assess damages, fire happened on a Friday night and they were at my house Saturday morning! The on Site team did a fantastic job! Everyone was so nice and I felt that they genuinely cared about my family and I, and what had happened. They were respectful of all our belongings, and took great care in cleaning everything. The team was at my house for approximately 2 weeks, we got to know them quite well! They were even great with my dogs and had no problem if I had to drop them off for a little while (we were in a hotel for those 2 weeks, and it was difficult to leave them alone).
