Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!"

It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. The guy who stud around not assisting was Blake. And the only problem I had was my sheet rock that was taken out wasn't put back correctly and I was left with dirty stain carpet ."
